Mission Statement Partnering with local schools to provide specialized mentor programs to help in the personal development of their students.   Serving Schools A community is known for the quality of its people. Students are at a crucial time in their life where they are determining who they are, where they are going, and what they are going to do. Local schools do not always have the staff or funding to meet their unique needs and goals regarding student development. CFI desires to serve the local school administration and mobilize local community resources to help them accomplish their mission and meet their goals.   Mentoring Students Regardless of a student’s educational or socio-economic status, CFI believes that each student can benefit from having a caring adult guide them through important life stages and decisions. Mentoring is a valuable relationship for every student.   Building Community By equipping adults to mentor students through an important chapter of their lives, CFI believes that generational gaps shrink and strong relational connections grow between the different age groups in our community. Communities thrive when adults are engaged in the growth and development of the next generation.
